We will introduce a case where switching the nozzle successfully reduced costs by approximately 15 million yen annually!

We would like to introduce a case where we switched to the "FloMax Nozzle Lance" at a thermal power plant. At this location, the high frequency of nozzle maintenance was a problem, and two workers were performing the dangerous task of removing dried slurry that had accumulated in the nozzles for up to three hours every day. After the introduction, we successfully reduced costs by approximately 15 million yen annually due to a decrease in the consumption of compressed air used for injecting lime slurry. [Case Study] SprayDry Nozzle

We would like to introduce a case where the spray drying nozzle 'SKH-MFP SprayDry' was implemented at a pet food manufacturer. The nozzles previously used by the company required frequent replacements and maintenance, leading to increased downtime and higher operating costs. After implementation, they were able to meet the necessary spray angle and particle size at a low pressure of 17.2 MPa, minimizing wear on the pump and nozzle.
